To REGISTER for Camp Oasis 2023

Please Follow the Steps Listed Below for New or Returning Families!

 

All registration forms and payments can be made on ProCare, a safe and secure online portal.

 

  • REGISTRATION STEPS for NEW FAMILIES

Step 1: Click the link above to setup your MyProcare Account

Step 2: Enter your primary email address & press GO

Step 3: Enter your confirmation number & press GO

Step 4: Fill out ALL information in the Pre-Registration Form & press Submit 

(Once you Submit you will NOT be able to make changes)

Step 5: Please wait 1-2 Business days for your Pre-Registration & Account information to be processed by the Camp Director.  You will receive a separate confirmation email.

Step 6: Go to www.myprocare.com  

Step 7: On your home page, click on "Registrations Are Available":

Fill out ALL information in the Post-Registration Form, 

pay Registration fee & press Submit.  You may also set up your child’s schedule at this time, but please keep in mind the system only allows you to book 10 weeks out from the current date.

Step 8: Please wait 1-2 Business Day for your Registration information to be processed by the Camp Director.  You will receive a separate confirmation email.

 

  • REGISTRATION STEPS for RETURNING FAMILIES

 

Step 1: Log into your MyProcare account at www.myprocare.com

Step 2: Click “New Registration Available” under Alerts on the lower left side of your MyProcare Home Page

Step 3: Complete ALL information on the Registration Questionnaire, pay the Registration Fee & press Submit. You may also set up your child’s schedule at this time, but please keep in mind the system only allows you to book 10 weeks out from the current date.

Step 4: Please wait 1-2 Business Day for your Registration information to be processed by the Camp Director.  You will receive a separate confirmation email.
